Homemade Chocolate

I watched an Above Rubies video last night. It's called "Pearl's Chocolates". I'm going to try to make these. Here's the link:

    Let me know how it goes. I watched the video, too and it seemed pretty easy. I think my sister would love this recipe!

    I watched, it too. I can't wait to try it. I think I can make it even healthier by using unpasturized cream. Never heard of the sweetner she was using, but wondering if I could use sucanat instead. I'll definitely have to give this recipe a shot. Thanks for posting the link!
